Agreement

By using Collate (the macOS app and the collate.one website), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Collate.

Your content

• You are responsible for the PDFs and other content you import, and you must have the rights to use them.
• If you create a share link, you are responsible for what you share and who you share it with. Shared content may be accessible to anyone with the link.

AI outputs

Collate uses AI to generate summaries and answers. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You must independently verify important information.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Collate to break the law or violate others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or abuse the website or any related services.

Disclaimers

Collate is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collate and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Collate means you accept the updated Terms.
